Aspiring to be production or stage manager but not sure how to start? 2023 intake for Backstage Affair Apprenticeship Programme (BAAP) is now open!
BAAP is BA’s flagship 12-month long training programme that bridges the gap between what has been learnt in school and professional industry practice.
With BAAP, we hope to provide a safe and structured space for trainees to learn on the job and to reflect on your personal and professional growth under the mentorship of a more experienced practitioner. It will help you to build a strong network with fellow practitioners at the start of your career.
