Looking for the next step in your career backstage? The Backstage Affair Apprenticeship Programme (BAAP)(Intermediate) is looking for aspiring Stage Managers or Production Managers, basic knowledge in arts and entertainment production required.

Our 6-month production-based training program provides young arts industry practitioners a safe and structured space to progress to higher management. Under the supervision of an experienced industry practitioner, you will work on a minimum of 2 projects as a production manager or stage manager, allowance included.
