From 8 to 9 March, celebrate International Women’s Day with a specially curated fine dining experience by Chef Aeron Choo of Kappou, proudly presented by Mandala Club and Porsche. Indulge in a thoughtfully presented 10-course menu featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, prepared by the first female chef-owner of a Japanese restaurant in Singapore. In support of young women pursuing a future in STEM industries, Porsche will also donate $75 from every seat to United Women Singapore.
Inspired by Japanese cuisine, Aeron bravely chased her dream from a young age and honed her passion for culinary arts in Japan. As part of the experience, stand to interact with Aeron, and watch her in action as she displays her passion for the cuisine.
