From hotels with a long history like Goodwood Park Hotel and Raffles Hotel to the newer integrated resorts such as Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World, be inspired by these icons and design your own hotel or resort.
Using an assortment of recycled materials, your building can be as abstract or as experimental as you wish to be. No special skills are required so get inventive and start building literally from “scrap”!
Images used for publicity are for illustration purposes only. Limited spaces are available. This programme is recommended for participants ages 13 and above. Price includes craft tools and recycled materials for the workshop. The recycled materials provided include cereal boxes, thin carton boxes and a variety of sticks.
This programme is presented in conjunction with the museum’s special exhibition, Now Boarding: Experiencing Singapore through Travel, 1800s–2000s. Please note that photos will be taken and may be used for future publicity.
