Ballayon Arts Fest 2024

Organized by the BAGI Bolinao Artist Group, the Ballayon Arts Fest 2024 will be held at Bolinao, Pangasinan from April 5 to 7 2024. Happening at El Pescador Boulevard, the three-day event treats locals to art talks and workshops. The festival also includes the exhibit Ascension which runs until April 30 2024 at Balin Bolinao from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
