While the Summit provides a professional development platform for emerging and mid-career practitioners\, the Basecamp serves as a starting point—much like its name suggests—for wider audiences to explore innovative ideas and collaborations in the arts. Together\, the Basecamp and Summit create a holistic programme aimed at strengthening Singapore’s position as a vibrant arts hub.
