SUMMARY:Anton Gautama Professional Development Scholarship
DESCRIPTION:The Anton Gautama Professional Development Scholarship seeks to play a role in shaping the photography community in Southeast Asia. In the 9th Singapore International Photography Festival (SIFP)\, the scholarship will subsidise majority of the programme fees directly related to SIPF’s Portfolio Review and selected Professional Development Programmes. (View all scholarship-eligible SIPF programmes here.) \nApply for Scholarship \nTo apply for the Anton Gautama Professional Development Scholarship\, fill out this electronic form. SIPF aims to inform you about your application outcome within seven (7) working days. \nEligibility \n\nThe scholarship is open to all applicants of South-East Asian descent only.\nApplicants at any stage of their professional development are welcome to apply. You do not need to be a full-time practicing photographer or artist to be eligible for this award.\nPriority will be given to first-time applicants who have not previously received this award. Previous recipients of this award are the most welcomed to apply again.\n\nScholarship Coverage \nUnder the Anton Gautama Professional Development Scholarship\, there are two grants: \n\nPortfolio Review Grant\nThis grant subsides up to 80% of programme fees directly related to the 9th SIPF Asia Meet: Portfolio Reviews. This grant is limited to 18 recipients.\nProgramme Grant\nThis grant subsidises up to SGD380 of programme fees directly related to eligible 9th SIPF Masterclasses & Seminar. DESCRIPTION:Open to applicants in Southeast Asia  \n\n\n\nThe Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) is opening the call for image-based works and photobook publications for its 9th biennale edition. The open call welcomes submissions from photographers and artists worldwide and is non-thematic in nature. \n\n\n\nThis presents the opportunity for photographers and artists to have their works seen and reviewed by the festival’s distinguished Jury Panel of international professionals in the industry of contemporary arts\, photography\, and publishing. Shortlisted works will be presented in the 9th SIPF Open Call Showcase in Singapore\, a cornerstone festival platform for new discoveries in image-making and photography\, alongside curated festival highlights of some of the biggest names in the photography world.
