SUMMARY:Selections from the 21st Century Art Museum (21AM)
DESCRIPTION:21st Century Art Museum is a transmedia project of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) that seeks to promote the institution’s collection of art\, objects\, and artifacts. It exists online and digitally\, as it does on the CCP’s Accession Record System (ARS)\, and everywhere it can\, including in real life spaces. From November 2023 until November 2024\, an iteration of it will be on exhibit at the National Museum of Fine Arts\, with contemporary art works from the 1960s to the 1980s\, across Framed under two sections\, “The Possibilities of Luminance” and “Man and Nature\,” the selection highlights artistic defiance of traditional art forms and the shift towards conceptual\, experimental\, and abstract work. \nClick here for more information.
